Store Rules and Regulations

1.1. The Online Store available at folia.flowers is operated by the company “Marianna Bersenieva”.
1.2. The Seller is the Administrator of personal data processed in the Online Store. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

2.3. Technical Requirements: To use the Store, a computer or mobile device with Internet access, a web browser (with cookies and JavaScript enabled), and an active email account are required.
3.1. Product prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include all taxes (gross prices). Delivery costs are calculated separately and indicated during the checkout process.

4.2. Payment Deadline: The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days of concluding the Sales Agreement. Otherwise, the order may be cancelled.
5.1. Delivery is carried out within Warsaw and the surrounding area, within a 20 km radius of the city centre. The delivery cost depends on the zone (Zone 1: up to 10 km — 30 zł; Zone 2: 10–20 km — 57 zł) and is shown during checkout.

6.1. Warranty for Perishable Goods (Flowers): The Seller guarantees the freshness of flowers for 2 days from the delivery date, provided they are properly cared for. In case of quality issues, the Customer must report the defect within this period, attaching photographic documentation.
6.2. General Complaint Provisions:
6.3. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers): A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. Exception: The right to return does NOT apply to perishable goods (flowers), custom-made products, and other exceptions provided by law.
Seasonality of flowers and the illustrative nature of photos. Product photos in the Store are illustrative. Due to the natural character of flowers and their seasonal availability, the delivered bouquet or arrangement may differ slightly from the one shown (e.g. in the choice of specific varieties, colours, add-ins or arrangement).
If a given flower or add-in is unavailable, the Seller reserves the right to replace it with an element of similar character, shade and value, while maintaining the overall style, composition and value of the order.
The differences referred to above, resulting from the seasonality and availability of flowers, do not constitute a product defect or grounds for a complaint.
7.1. Agreements are concluded in the Polish language (this English version is for informational purposes).
7.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Rules for significant reasons (changes in law, payment/delivery methods). Changes take effect upon publication and do not apply to orders placed before the effective date.
7.3. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
7.4. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by a competent court.
