Ordering

  • Pick a bouquet in the catalog, add it to your cart and check out. It takes a few minutes.
  • You choose the delivery date in the calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 18:00. If you need a later time, or it’s a busy day (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day), contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
  • Yes. Tell us your idea — [email protected] or +48 572 413 571 — and our florist will prepare a bespoke arrangement.

Delivery & pickup

  • We deliver across Warsaw. Delivery costs 30 zł, added at checkout.
  • Yes — at checkout you choose the delivery date and a time window (e.g. 10:00–13:00). On peak days exact times aren’t guaranteed.
  • Yes, you can collect your order for free from our studio at ul. Radna 13, 00-341 Warsaw.

Flower care

  • Trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water and change it every 2 days. Keep away from direct sun and fruit.
  • With proper care, fresh flowers usually last 5–7 days, depending on the variety.

Payments

  • We accept payment cards, Przelewy24 and BLIK (and bank transfer). Online payments are handled by trusted providers PayU and Stripe.

Changes & returns

  • Contact us as soon as possible — [email protected] or +48 572 413 571 — changes are possible until the bouquet has gone into production.
  • Because flowers are seasonal and availability varies, we reserve the right to replace an individual flower with one of similar appearance and equal value, so the arrangement keeps its character and colour.
  • Yes. We guarantee flower freshness for 2 days after delivery, provided they are cared for properly. If you have any concerns about quality, report them within that time to [email protected] with a photo.
  • Fresh cut flowers and made-to-order bouquets are perishable goods, so they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your satisfaction still matters to us — if anything is wrong, contact us.
